The dressing for the Taco Salad is basically a Catalina dressing that is much bolder and slightlty less sweet than grocery store varieties.

Ingredients

• red wine vinegar
• ketchup
• honey or agave
• Worcestershire sauce
• smoked paprika
• onion powder
• grapeseed oil

Add all the ingredients together in a blender except the oil. While the blender is still running add oil until the dressing is emulsified.
