McDonald and Associates, LLC is a consulting firm founded in 1991 by Dr. Warren G. McDonald dedicated to improving organizations and people. It is proud to now be affiliated with what we consider the very best organization in America and beyond for individual and organizational improvement and development, LMI. Dr. McDonald started specifically in the optical industry, but expanded to allow the firm to be able to work with people from virtually any industry or profession. He has lectured all of the United States and across the globe, and worked with organizations as diverse as physician groups, landscape architects, CPAs and hospitals. He has worked with Opticians and Optometrists, Medical Doctors, Attorneys, small business owners, and many other individuals from virtually all walks of life. As the organization continued to expand and grow, Dr. McDonald wanted to do even more to develop people and organizations and affiliated with LMI to help him accomplish that goal.
