Scott J. Primack, DO, FAOCPMR is a 1988 graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, with subsequent residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He received his board certification from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
The primary focus of Dr. Primack’s practice is the diagnosis and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. He performs eletrodiagnostic studies, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, interventional lumbar spine injections and osteopathic manipulation. He currently serves as Medical Director for the Colorado Special Olympics. Dr. Primack has Level II Full Accreditation from the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation. His area of research is in the design and implementation of functional outcome measures.

Dr. Billow’s medical career has taken him throughout the country, with the last years of training at the Mayo Clinic. There he strove to uphold the three Mayo Shields of Patient Care, Research and Education.
Over the years he has engaged in multiple national presentations at the American Academy of Sports Medicine as well as the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Billow has been recognized for his work in several peer reviewed medical journals including JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) and the Mayo Clinic Proceedings.
Dr. Billow’s expertise complements his surgical colleagues by adding electrodiagnostic testing and fluoroscopically guided interventional spine care to NWOS. These techniques treat spinal and musculoskeletal conditions in a nonsurgical fashion.
When not in the office Dr. Billow enjoys time with his family. He and his wife are active members of their community and church, enjoying a variety of activities along with their three children. Dr. Billow enjoys outdoor activities including cycling, hiking and fly fishing.

Jerod A. Cottrill, D.O., is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with fellowship training in interventional spine and sports medicine. His specialties include non-operative sports and musculoskeletal medicine, minimally invasive spine procedures, electrodiagnosis, and musculoskeletal ultrasound (diagnostic and for injection guidance). He offers a comprehensive treatment approach, evaluating the musculoskeletal biomechanics, coordinating rehabilitation medicine, combined with minimally invasive spine or ultrasound guided joint procedures if needed.
Dr. Cottrill emphasizes the importance of an early diagnosis, a comprehensive treatment plan, and patient education in order to restore function as quickly as possible.

In his free time, Dr. Cottrill enjoys bicycling, skiing and snowboarding. He serves on the medical pool for the US ski and snowboard teams, providing local, national and international medical coverage for the teams while training and in competition..

Todd P. Stitik, MDTodd Stitik MD, is a Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers- New Jersey Medical School. He is the Director of Outpatient Musculoskeletal/ Occupational Medicine, Co-Director of the Osteoarthritis and Interventional Pain Management Clinic, and co-director of the Musculoskeletal Medicine/Interventional Pain Management fellowship for the Department of PM&R at New Jersey Medical School.
His primary clinical interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, osteoarthritis and image-guided injection procedures.

Christopher J. Visco, M.D. is an Assistant Professor and Director of Sports Medicine in the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, an Assistant Attending Physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Sports Medicine Fellowship Director, and Associate Residency Program Director.
He specializes in treating patients with sports and spine injuries. He completed his residency in PM&R at Kessler/UMDNJ and his Spine and Sports Fellowship at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago/Northwestern University. His main areas of interest are in sports and musculoskeletal medicine, applications of diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound, preventative and regenerative musculoskeletal care, and medical education. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Sports Medicine, and is a registered musculoskeletal sonographer.

The historic mining/resort town of Breckenridge is located two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70. Beaver Run is located at the base of Peak 9 just a few blocks from historic Main Street. Arriving from Denver, you'll drive westbound on I-70 and through the Eisenhower Tunnel as you cross under the Continental Divide. Exit to the right at the Frisco Exit (Exit 203, Highway 9 South), proceed through the round-a-bout to the 3rd exit. Continuing through the town of Frisco stay on Highway 9 South approximately 10 miles to Breckenridge. When you arrive at the round-a-bout bear to the right taking the first exit (North Park). Continue on North Park passing a shopping center on your left, under the Gondola, through the stoplight (1st Bank will be just before the stoplight on your left), continue on Park (now South Park) past Lone Star Sports, the River Walk Center and parking lot, you will pass a second parking lot ("F-Lot") all on your left until you come to a "Y" in the road. Turn right onto Village Road and up the hill to the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center at the top. The Registration area is just after a large parking lot and just prior the skywalk on your left.
